This policy describes what restaurant.luperiq.com and the LuperIQ platform collect, why, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Account information — name, business name, email, phone, and address you provide at signup or in your site settings.
  • Business records you create — products, menus, orders, bookings, inventory, staff rosters and similar records you enter to run your business. These are yours; we host them.
  • Customer details you or your customers enter — name, email, phone and the contents of an order or booking, plus any message sent through the site. You are the controller of your customers' data; we process it on your behalf to operate your site.
  • Payment information — handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we receive only confirmation, the amount, and billing metadata.
  • Technical data — server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability, and functional cookies (session login, CSRF protection, shopping cart). We do not run third-party ad trackers.

How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, process payments, send transactional email (receipts, login links, service notices — sent via Brevo), respond to support, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service — Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Google Cloud (hosting), Cloudflare (network/security) — and when the law requires it. Your public website content is, by design, public.

Retention and deletion

Account and business records are kept while your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your account data by emailing us; we will honor it except where we must retain records (for example, payment records for tax law).

Your choices

  • Edit or delete your site content and business records at any time in your admin.
  • Export or delete a customer's records from your admin when they ask you to.
  • Unsubscribe links are included in non-essential email.

Children

The Service is for businesses and not directed to children under 13.
